1. Agreement:
—---------------------------------------------------------1.1. By placing an order, you agree to have read and complied with my Terms of Service.1.2. Please note that you are buying digital goods, not physical printed goods.—--------------------------------------------
2. Copyright
—---------------------------------------------------------2.1.I, as the artist, retain full ownership of the artwork and have the right to use it for:a.) Promotional Material.
b.) Portfolios.
c.) Social Media Posts.2.2. Although, I am not authorized to:a.) Sell the artwork to another individual/company (i.e. Merch, Prints, etc).
b.) Claim the character(s) in the artwork to be mine.2.3. You, the client, only have the right to the character(s) therefore you are only allowed to:a.) Use the artwork for personal use (i.e. Reference).
b.) Share it on your social media(s).Yet, you are not allowed to:a.) Sell the artwork to another individual/company (i.e. Merch, Prints, etc) unless the commission was for commercial use.
b.) Use it for Promotional Material (Covers, videos, Ads, etc) or any form of profit.
c.) Edit & Redistribute it to another individual/company (i.e. animations, recoloring, etc) without prior notice.2.4. If you, the client, ordered an artwork that contains canon characters of an established game, series, etc., you are responsible for any copyright issue that may come across.—--------------------------------------------
3. Limitations

a.) Anime-style
b.) Stylized Semi-realism
c.) Original Characters
d.) Canon/Fanart Characters3.2. What I can't do are:
a.) Political
b.) Realism/ Surrealism
c.) Minors
d.) Chibi NSFW

4. Ordering

I may accept or decline your request depending on the details and my capabilities (listed in Limitations)4.3. You are limited to 2 changes during and after the lineart phases. Any more than that will be an additional 10%.4.4. The additional cost, "Animated" is available for all types EXCEPT "Semi-Realism" and "Regular Rendered Sketch"—--------------------------------------------
5. Order Form:

6. Payment & Refund

a.) Payment for art commissions may vary depending on the platform used for purchase via:Ko-fiFiverr

VGen~(???)b.) Payments processed through Ko-fi will be handled via Stripe. Transactions conducted via these platforms will be securely processed by Stripe's payment system.6.2. Payment may be made in installments or up-front.
a.) Sketch - 25%
b.) Lineart - 50%
c.) Color - 75%
d.) Final - 100%6.3. Please make sure to carefully consider each stage of the payment process as refunds will not be provided after payment of each stage, even if the project is canceled.6.4. If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a 75% refund.6.5. Additional payment will be added for designing, complex designs, and exceeding the number of changes listed (Refer to prices)6.6. Payment must be made within 48h in each progress.—--------------------------------------------
7. Delivery
—---------------------------------------------------------7.1. Commission duration will take about 1-2 weeks. (Based upon which commission type you chose)7.2. Progress will be sent through how you've made your request or through your desired site as long as I have it.7.3. You will receive the following:
a.) Full-resolution PNG file with no watermark.
